10. What do I do if I encounter a problem during installation?

 You must return to the store where you bought the staircase so that they can send us a fax explaining the problem (missing hardware, installation problem,...) without forgetting to attach a copy of your receipt or invoice and the warranty card (yellow A4 paper in the package - except retractable and ASTRO VENUS).

Once received the fax, we process your request as soon as possible.
